What counts as one analysis

One analysis is one question asked about one uploaded file. Follow-up questions about the same file count as separate analyses, because each one is a fresh read of your data. The free tier gives you 3 per day; Pro and Business remove the daily cap.

You do not need an account to try it — open the dashboard, drop a file in, ask a question.

How your file is handled

Parsed in your browser. CSV, TSV and Excel sheets are read on your device, not uploaded as a file.
Only the text needed for the answer is sent. There is a limit on how much text goes to the model in one request, so extremely large or very wide files may need splitting first — the file splitter does that in the browser.
No account, no stored dataset. Nothing is kept after your session to build a profile or resell.

Which plan actually fits

Free — a file a few times a week. One-off cleanups, a quick pattern check, a chart for a slide.

Pro — data is part of your day: bigger exports, repeated questions, and you want the chat history kept so you can pick a thread back up.

Business — several people on the same files, and you need the API or custom prompts rather than clicking through the dashboard.

Questions people ask before paying

Do I need an account to try it?

No. The free tier works without signing up: open the dashboard, drop in a file, ask a question. You only meet a checkout when you want the daily cap removed.

What exactly counts as one analysis?

One question about one file. Asking a second question about the same file is a second analysis, because the model reads your data again. The free tier allows 3 analyses per day and resets the next day.

Which file formats are supported?

CSV, TSV and Excel workbooks (.xlsx and .xls). Pro also accepts JSON. Files are parsed in your browser, so nothing is uploaded as a file attachment.

Is my data stored or used to train anything?

No dataset is kept. Your file is read on your device, only the text needed for the answer is sent for analysis, and nothing is retained afterwards as a profile of you. The terms of use set out the same position.

Can I cancel, and what happens to the rest of the month?

You can cancel at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period and there are no partial refunds for the unused part of a period.

What if it turns out not to be useful?

A refund requested within 7 days of payment is refunded in full; requests after that are handled case by case. Both points are written into the terms of use rather than left to a support conversation.

Do you invoice companies, or only take cards?

Both. Subscriptions go through PayPal checkout, and companies can pay by USD wire transfer through XTransfer with a formal invoice for your accounting — the enterprise block below explains how to ask.
